I do love sweets and my kids do too. But sometimes I just don't have the time to make them, so I find a way to have everything ready in my pantry just like those boxes of Brownie mix that they sell on the store where you just add eggs, oil, etc and they are ready to bake. Here is the DIY version
Ingredients:
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Flour
1/3 Cup Cocoa
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
Mix all these ingredients together with a whisk and dump them into a zipper bag. On the bag, add the following instructions:
Add: 2 Eggs, 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil, 1 teaspoon Vanilla. Bake @ 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Very easy huh? and you save some money ;-)

Glass Cleaner
Here is and easy one. Some times your popular Glass cleaner can be a bit pricy, even the store brand would look a lot more expensive once I tell you how easy is to make your own.
All you need is rubbing alcohol and water. Yes, that is right. Just those 2 things. And you just need 10% rubbing alcohol 90% water, so you can prepare as much as you want and it cost WAY LESS that any other brand and it works just the same as those expensive ones.

Tub and Shower Cleaner
We all know how expensive those miraculous bathroom cleaners can be. And I'm not going to lie. They work really great. But must of the time they have ingredients that we already have at home and that don't cost a fortune. Here is a home made version of a Tub and Shower cleaner.
All you need is Vinegar and Blue Dish soap.
You heat 12oz of Vinegar and then pour into squirt bottle. It does not have to boil, just heat it. Add 12oz of dish soap. Put Lid on and gently shake it to mix well.
There you go. It works perfect and just like those expensive brands, gets the job done. Give it a try.

Cleaning supplies
We all like to have a clean house... well... must of us :-) But sometimes the supplies we use to get the job done cost a ton of money and the ingredients on them are just a few and most of them are mostly water. This week I'll be posting DIY cleaning supplies. You'll see how cheap is to make your own supplies, they are safe for the environment, for your family and your economy.
